How it works for The University of Alabama:

Place any items into your cart that you would like to order for a Bid Day order! Enter your PNM's information, your information + a gift note in the fields below. We will handle the rest... South receives the Bid List on Bid Day and we will print your order + pull the items of the sorority that is listed under her name! We deliver to the houses on the scheduled day each sorority has the days following Bid Day! We can add on any items to your package up until Bid Day! Note: We will sell out of some items so we do suggest placing pre-orders ASAP!

How it works for other schools:

You may place pre-orders in advance for any school! However, South does not receive Bid List for any schools other than The University of Alabama. Therefore, it is the customer's responsibility to reach out to us via email to let us know which sorority to ship! We can ship to any school + create the perfect package!
