Within the USA:

Orders take 1-4 business days to be processed and shipped out. We ship UPS with a 3-4 day shipping time depending on where your order is being shipped. Due to COVID-19, we are not responsible for shipping delays.

We strive to get your order out as quickly as possible; however, please be patient if your order does not arrive when expected. UPS is experiencing major shipping delays that are out of our control. We are noticing packages taking longer than normal and at times delayed in transit. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience.  

We charge a flat rate of $9.95 for all domestic shipments.

Delivery time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipments will not go out on Saturdays or Sundays.

We will contact you by email if we need additional information from you. We will issue a refund to your original form of payment if the item is out of stock.

Please verify that your shipping address is correct when you checkout. We are not responsible for orders being shipped to an incorrectly submitted address.

Weekends and Holidays

Shipments will not be processed or shipped out on Saturdays, Sundays, or other Holidays observed by the USPS.

Standard Shipping

We will process shipping orders once the address and credit card payment have been approved. Please allow 1-2 business days for shipments to be processed.

Lost packages:

We are not responsible for any items that show as delivered on the UPS/USPS tracking website. If your item is lost in the mail, please file a claim with UPS/USPS.
