FAQs
How do I place an order?
Place any of the sorority items into your cart to create a Bid Day Package order! Select the size that you would like. Leave a note for your PNM. We will handle the rest!
How are Bid Day gifts delivered?
South receives the Bid List on Bid Day and we will print your order + pull the items of the sorority that is listed under her name! A delivery schedule will be released by The University of Alabama and Panhellinic in August 2024. All Bid Day gifts will be delivered to the sorority house on that scheduled day!
When is the deadline to order?
The deadline to place a Bid Day Package order is August 17.
How does it work for other schools?
You may place pre-orders in advance for any school! However, South does not receive Bid List for any schools other than The University of Alabama. Therefore, it is the customer's responsibility to reach out to us via email to let us know which sorority to ship! We can ship to any school + create the perfect package! Be sure to include in the notes section your message to your PNM!
